Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples, an American singer and actress. She has received best-recognition for her roles in Nashville The 2012 drama, as Layla Grant. She also received the award for Sharknado 2013, where she portrayed Claudia Shepard. The year 2015 saw her was in the role of Jerrica Jem on the movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples, the child of Wendy Peeples and Ashley Peeples, grew up on Lake Mary Florida. There is also a younger sister, Ally. Aubrey was a part of Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years in her teen years. Aubrey was a graduate of Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was the valedictory speaker for the class in 2012. Harvard University accepted her but was able to enter twice the second time to accept her role in Nashville. Peeples appeared as a guest star on Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally 2011 Grey's Anatomy (2005), and was a regular character on Necessary roughness (1991). She was in television movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009), and The Good Mother. In the second season, she was portrayed by Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples talked about her bipolar condition in an interview for NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples as one of the most talented actors under the age of 20 in September of 2014.
